Oil-Free Vegan Thai Peanut Sauce
What you'll need
powdered peanut butter
low-sodium soy sauce
How you'll do it
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, syrup, soy sauce, and ginger.
Whisk while heating until blended.
When heated, add powdered peanut butter slowly, continuing to whisk while adding it in.
Once fully combined, stir continuously while heating until sauce is desired thickness.
If too thin, add more peanut butter. If too thick, add water. Adjust soy sauce or syrup to desired salty/savory or sweetness.
Use as a for dipping, serve over vegetables with rice, or use as a sauce for veggie noodles. So many options!
