Vegan Parmesan Cheese Topping

This grated vegan Parmesan cheese topping is a must-have staple. We normally have some on hand, and even if we don’t, it only takes a few minutes to whip up a batch! Try it on pasta, in soups, on pizza and so much more.

What you’ll need

  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¾ cup raw cashews
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

How you’ll do it

  • Add all ingredients to a small food processor and blend until you have a fine meal similar to grated cheese.
  • Use anywhere you’d normally use grated cheese topping — pasta, pizza, veggies, baked potatoes, you name it.
